Modular Clean Room Doors

ICECUBE's Clean Room doors are crafted from galvanized or stainless steel sheets with lock-formed edges. These doors are insulated and bonded with polyurethane foam, honeycomb paper, or mineral wool, creating a rigid, flush fitting. They feature innovative flush double glazing, finished with a pure polyester powder coating of 60-80 microns for a smooth surface finish.

• Standard Door Specifications: Type — Single/Double Leaf
• Leaf Thickness — 44 mm (or as per specific requirement)
• Leaf & Frame — Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel
• Door Leaf — 44 mm thick, Shutter standard sheet thickness 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm thick or as per; specific requirement.
• Door Frame — Extruded Aluminium powder coated profile frame/ GI powder coated frame/ SS 304 frame.
• Infill PUF/Rockwool/Honeycomb
• Reinforcements — At hinges, door closer and lock case fitments
• Finish — Doors are coated with either pure polyester or epoxy polyester powder achieving a coating thickness of 60-80 microns. (Powder coating available in standard RAL colours)
• Glazing — 5-6 mm thick toughened glass/float glass
• Ironmongery — SS Ball Bearing hinges, Latch Lock, Dead Lock, Door Closer, D Handle, Push Plates, Kick Plates, Automatic Bottom Drop Seal, Panic Bar for emergency doors, etc
• Door opening — Left or right as needed Construction can be tailored to meet specific requirements.
